MTSU students broaden global perspective through study abroad experience in China
For seven Middle Tennessee State University students, learning about Chinese history, culture and society extended far beyond the classroom this summer. Led by Jun Da, professor of linguistics and Chinese in the Department of World Languages, Literatures, and Cultures, students spent more than two weeks in Hangzhou and Shanghai as part of MTSU's faculty-led Study Abroad Program.

MTSU's Hall completes study abroad in Ireland with Gilman scholarship
Chelsea Hall, a video and film production major and member of the Middle Tennessee State University Honors College, has been awarded the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship and recently completed a Maymester study abroad program in Ireland.
