MTSU students speak at 2025 MLK Celebration program
Middle Tennessee State University students Cameron Weatherspoon, president of Kappa Xi Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity at MTSU, and Madison Pearson, recording secretary and sergeant at arms for Eta Psi chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority at MTSU, both made presentations at the university's annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration held Wednesday, Jan. 22, on campus.

MTSU Animation students network, volunteer at SIGGRAPH conference in Colorado
Nearly 20 students in Middle Tennessee State University's AMC SIGGRAPH organization attended a nearly weeklong conference in Denver, Colorado, where they had the opportunity to network, volunteer and participate in special sessions with companies like Pixar and Disney.

As Middle Tennessee State University's new academic year gets underway, Student Government Association President Michai Mosby has already been hard at work welcoming students back to campus. While many college seniors are solely focused on the end game, Mosby has decided to continue serving his university community at the highest capacity while finishing up his bachelor's degree.

April 'Out of the Blue' showcases student research organization, outreach to high schoolers
Brooke Busbee, a recent psychology graduate, was one of three guests on April's "Out of the Blue" television magazine program, sharing her experience as part of the university's Student Organization for the Advancement as Research, known as SOAR, and as an ambassador for the organization's high school outreach program.
